YOUR Responsibilities
___________________________________________

- Conducting and monitoring weaning processes, secretion and inhalation management
- Care of clients with invasive and non-invasive ventilation
- Monitoring and prescribing oxygen therapy: high-flow and oxygen therapy, mechanical cough assistance (initiation, mask selection, adjustment, and optimization), as well as associated device management and training of nursing staff in its use
- Evaluation of diagnostic procedures in pneumological/neuromuscular clients
- Initiation of ventilation
- Professional advice for all persons involved in the process
- Training for clients, family members, and nursing staff in the use of ventilation and oxygen equipment
- Contribution to the evaluation of the pneumological concept

What We Require
___________________________________________

- You have completed training as a geriatric nurse or healthcare professional or similar
- You are a team player, friendly, and reliable
- You have a passion for your profession
- You have successfully completed specialized training as a respiratory therapist
- You have gained professional experience in outpatient intensive care (desirable)
