To support our team, we are currently seeking:

Senior Physician in Internal Medicine / Gastroenterology (m/f/d) - Full-time / Part-time / Job Sharing

The Department of Internal Medicine has 67 planned beds, including up to 10 intensive/intermediate care beds. Available directly in the clinic are, among others, an 80-line CT, two fully digital mobile X-ray workstations, a cardiac catheterization lab, a 1.5T MRI, laboratory facilities, and extensive POCT equipment. The clinic building houses specialist practices for nephrology, diabetology, neurology, surgery, orthopedics, and gynecology. Additionally, there are established external cooperation structures with surrounding hospitals and medical practices. The department offers various diagnostic and therapeutic capabilities, including interventional cardiology with a cardiac catheterization lab and coronary interventions, echocardiography, TEE incl. 3-D reconstruction, FFR, stress echocardiography, vascular Doppler, duplex, ergometry, long-term ECG, long-term blood pressure monitoring, pacemaker implantations and checks, spirometry; The gastroenterology department provides diagnostic and therapeutic video endoscopy, bronchoscopy, gastro-duodenoscopy, colonoscopy, sigmoidoscopy, rectoscopy, ERCP, endosonography, sonography, and capsule endoscopy.

Your tasks include:
- the professional, organizational, and personnel development of the department
- organizing and developing treatment processes within the department
- ensuring the specialist training of medical assistants
- diverse diagnostic and consulting activities in endoscopy
- ensuring post-discharge planning within the framework of discharge management
- participation in the medical on-call service of the department
